After a lot of procrastination I have finally taken the plunge and signed up to blog! Please bear with me as it may take me a little while to get used to this!
I love all things food! I used to be an engineer but I decided to give up all that and head to Ballymaloe to learn all things foodie. I set up my business Hey Pesto! 6 years ago – a boutique catering service based on the premise of quality, freshly prepared food for all occasions. Last year after a persuasion from friends I started giving cookery classes and discovered that I loved doing them!
I want to start this blog to write about all things food and any other ramblings that may come to me! I hope you like it!
